What is a mastermind session and how will you benefit from a master-mind session?

 

A mastermind session is a meeting of the "best minds". In a mastermind session, the collective intelligence of accomplished individuals such as yourself is constructively utilized and channeled to help one navigate the business challenges they are facing and to help create a broader more comprehensive outlook regarding one's business. Most individuals and professionals, by and large, chart their career path in a rather isolationist mode, either not ready to expose one’s deeply held ideas and share one's dreams and goals or do not have a suitable audience or forum to direct such discussion. A mastermind group provides a high leverage means to interact with accomplished individuals, who want the best for you, who will understand and listen, who will have good problem-solving skills and who will be direct with you. A mastermind forum is an intense collective discussion and action session, which is intended to bring about a marked change in oneself.

 

Simply put, the goal is to take your mind and convert it into a master-mind.

 

Master-mind co-members are a unique bunch, compassionate but extremely forthright. Master-mind co-members have no incentive to be anything but fully honest with you. These mastermind members will question any and all assumptions you may have about your business or about your professional career and its trajectory and will call you out if your analysis and synthesis does not cut the mustard. They will probe deeply and in doing so help you save time to get you to ask the right questions and that too quickly.
