Evaluation of Business Operations and Organizational Processes 

Kamnor Consulting carries out a summary business and organizational evaluation, a customary first step in the client engagement process. As part of this evaluation process, we deliver a set of actionable recommendations.  

We review the data and information such as internal company documents, project plans and on-line repositories. Depending on the need, we carry out informational interviews (usually one-on-one) with several audiences, including management team members, individual contributors, contractors, and as appropriate competitors as well as customers. We also observe key areas of operation first-hand and attend the respective management and team meetings. In our final synthesis to create the recommendations, we utilize a combination of the industry best practices and incorporate unique innovative solutions and approaches which would lead to most optimal business results for your company.

To share our findings, we would typically make a presentation to the leadership team. At this juncture, we continue to have several conversations with the managers and individual contributors individually as well as collectively to help achieve buy-in for the respective changes which need to be made.
