Community engagements, as part of pro bono Kamnor Consulting efforts or as part of volunteer activities carried out by Kamnor professionals outside of the formal Kamnor Group purview help us to utilize our core execution, leadership, and organizational skills for social good, for instance in non-profit and community organizations.
At Kamnor, for its pro bono engagements, we formulate innovative ways to thread together social and economic bottom lines to help entrepreneurial as well as established endeavors grow and thrive. By investing our efforts in such endeavors, we aim to achieve multiple objectives which include: providing sustainable growth, creating more employment for opportunities and advancing effective management practices.
Furthermore, in our regular business engagements, we give consideration to the respective community and social impact issues. In for-profit business organizations, quite rightfully, the creation of profits is a necessary appropriate objective. In such business engagements, we take into account the interactions shaping the business vis-à-vis how it impacts the society; how businesses contribute to social impact, has both a long term and short term impact on the businesses profitability. Engagement in the community allows for multiple benefits including greater accessibility to and understanding of the markets as well as to attract talent and capture opportunities. When appropriate, our recommendations incorporate the above mentioned themes.
